Up-Rite Systems is a nationwide leading installation company of various racking, shelving, Mezzanines and specialty items in warehouses, distribution centers and industrial facilities.
Job Description:
Following the project contract; accountable for all of the aspects of project leadership, client relationships and logistical support serving as the central focal point on multiple projects from contract award throughout the United States
Core
Responsibilities:
oResponsible for creating and maintaining project schedules and status reporting
oManaging project financials: budget, timeline, expenses and staffing
oManage equipment and service procurement, systems training and validations.
oAccountable for improving accuracy of installations by installations team and management.
oMaintain continuity in client project with ongoing contact with staff, client, and team regarding all project efforts, timelines and updates.
oCommunicate schedule changes, forecast, and obsolescence warnings to office management
oLeading teams and supporting high levels of performance and conducting work efforts as needed: prioritizing conflicting demands, /needs.
oDesire to continually add value to and ensure accuracy and quality in all work performed.
Qualifications:
oA minimum of at least 5 years of industry-related experience.
oMust be able to travel nationwide to meet the customer at various site visits or walk-throughs for quoting purposes.
oInternet and computer aptitude: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and CAD.
oAdept in mathematics and keen analytical skills.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
