Responsibilities:
Answer the phone and any questions patients may have in a polite and respectful manner.
Greet customers promptly when they need to check in or drop something off.
Schedule patients for upcoming appointments and procedures.
Answer any billing or insurance questions patients may have.
Take patient payment.
Maintain a neat, clean desk and lobby.
