The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining communication with our existing clients, updating information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Excel and Access is advantageous, but training will be provided.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, friendly demeanor are essential.
Responsibilities:
Contacting existing clients to update information and address any inquiries or concerns Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their queries Utilizing Excel and Access databases to manage client information Collaborating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Additional Compensation:
