Job description Duties - Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner - Greet and assist visitors and clients - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage and maintain office supplies inventory - Schedule appointments and meetings - Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports - Coordinate and organize office events or meetings - Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner - Assist with special projects as assigned Skills - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple lines - Experience as a medical receptionist or familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and file management - Familiarity with Google Suite or similar office productivity tools - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience working at the front desk or in an administrative support role is preferred - Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
Salary:
