Oversight and upkeep of all buildings, grounds, and amenities Make-ready apartments for new move-ins Timely response to all repair requests Provide outstanding customer service to our valued residents and guests Assist with maintaining inventory and operating within set maintenance budget Qualifications include but are not limited to:
Ability to complete general apartment maintenance and repairs.
Experienced with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and other building systems.
HVAC experience is required.
Must have or be willing to obtain EPA certification.
Prior maintenance experience required preferably in the multi-family industry Deadline and detail oriented Maintain a clean and safe workspace Comply with safety standards Must be able to take after-hours call on a rotating schedule Valid driver's license Must have basic tools and dependable transportation Successful background check and screening are conditions of employment.
