Springfield, TN Springfield, TN Full-time Full-time $18 - $22 an hour $18 - $22 an hour As an Administrative Assistant you'll be working side by side with the leaders of the company.
You'll need to be organized and meticulous with handling confidential information, providing administrative support and helping to coordinate company events.
Your work will touch many areas of the company, so you'll be working directly with the executives and their teams in the areas of finance, marketing, product development and design.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet visitors by identifying, verifying, and directing them to appropriate staff.
Create appointments, send out e-mail reminders, and schedule meetings using an online calendar.
Answer questions and help resolve problems.
Manage fax and/or e-mail activity; prepare reports and presentations.
Create correspondence, reports and presentations from data.
Organize files, folders, and other documents according to established protocols and requirements.
Manage and scheduling meetings or events, handling outreach to external groups or organizations on behalf of the company.
Provide clerical administrative support for other departments by handling filing; taking phone messages; shipping packages; distributing mail; maintaining records in an organized fashion using filing cabinets, spreadsheets, etc.
Order office supplies based on inventory levels.
