Experience in ADP Enterprise system a plus

JOB DESCRIPTION/DUTIES:
Responsible for recruitment and selection process for all open positions in accordance with Company procedures and assures compliance with reporting, tracking and retention requirements
Provides accurate and timely support in all HR processes, including hiring and offer letters, salary reviews, performance reviews, and HR information updates
Assist with confidential internal HR related investigations
Conducts employee orientations, exit interviews, and severance meetings as needed.
Assist with inquiries regarding Company benefit plans as required
Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult, and emotional issues
Represent the Company at job fairs and assists with recruiting for specific area of the business
Addresses improper actions immediately to reduce company risk and exposure
Maintains accurate personnel and affirmative action records and files
Ensure legal compliance with all regulatory requirements
Conduct new hire orientations for both salaried and hourly employees
Maintain all job postings for the hourly positions, in accordance with the contract
Handle all matters in following with both Company and Union policiesEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
